Eating out on a GLP-1 guide, by Montgomery Appworks LLC · 9905 S Pennsylvania Ave Ste A, Oklahoma City, OK 73159 · [email protected]
Effective: October 26, 2026

This policy covers these guide pages only. It explains how we handle "consumer health data" as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) and similar laws in Nevada, Connecticut and other states.

The TableMacros app and website have their own Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy: TableMacros Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

1. Consumer health data we collect

These pages have no forms, accounts, cookies, ads or advertising trackers, and the protein comparison runs only in your browser; what you type isn't sent to us or saved. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics: Cloudflare adds a small script that sends it the page address (which shows that a guide page was viewed), referring page, browser and device type, and page-load timing. It uses no cookies, doesn't fingerprint or follow you across sites, and we see only aggregate counts. We don't use it to learn or guess anything about your health, to track you, or to build profiles.

To deliver and protect the pages, the site's host processes standard technical request data, such as IP address. We don't use it to learn or guess anything about your health, to track you, or to build profiles.

2. Sharing and sale

We don't sell consumer health data, and we don't use it for advertising. Cloudflare receives the analytics data described above as our service provider, to run Web Analytics for us; Cloudflare says it doesn't use that data to profile visitors or target ads.

3. Your rights

Because we don't hold consumer health data that identifies you, a request will normally confirm that we hold nothing. Email [email protected] with the subject "Health data request". We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by 45 days if we tell you why. Requests are free up to twice a year.

4. Appeals

If we decline your request, email [email protected] with the subject "Appeal". We answer in writing within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you can contact your state Attorney General: Washington, Nevada, Connecticut.

5. Other commitments

Talk to your prescriber about what is right for you.
