Cancel anytime in one tap from your app store subscriptions. The 7-day trial is the App Store and Google Play trial. Your app store sends its standard reminder before a trial ends. When a trial starts, the app shows the date it ends.

iPhone and iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap TableMacros, then tap Cancel Subscription.

Android: open the Google Play app, tap your profile, tap Payments & subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, tap TableMacros, then tap Cancel.

Finding orders (What should I eat now, I’m here, and Pick for me), menus, macros, How to order, the daily log and goals, streaks, badges, and reminders stay free. Logging is free forever. No ads, ever. To cancel a trial or subscription after launch, use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends. Nothing is charged today, so there is nothing to cancel yet.

Restore purchases is part of the iPhone and Android apps: Goals → Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. If store billing is not connected in that build, the button reports that purchases aren’t available, and there is nothing to restore. After the App Store and Google Play launch, it will restore an active subscription bought with the same Apple or Google account. The website has no purchases to restore.

An account is optional. If you signed in, open Goals, then Account, then Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. That deletes your sign-in and all synced data (profile, goals, favorites, go-tos and logs) from our live database right away. Our database provider may keep backup copies for a limited period, which we've asked it to confirm in writing; we never restore deleted data from backups. It doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel that in your store account. Without an account, your data lives only on your device: clear the site’s data in your browser or uninstall the app to remove it. You can also email support@montgomeryappworks.com from your account email and we’ll delete it within 30 days.

Your goals, log, favorites and settings stay on your device unless you sign in to sync them. Location is used only when you ask for places near you, and you can type a city or ZIP instead. Barcode lookups use Open Food Facts. A nutrition-label photo is read on your phone and is not uploaded. There are no ads, no third-party analytics in the app, and we don’t sell your data. Only from each restaurant chain’s own published nutrition information: its official nutrition guide (often a PDF) or its official online nutrition menu. Every restaurant item links to its source. The chain pages on tablemacros.com list each guide’s date, and the app flags a chain whose newest official guide is older with “Official guide dated …”. Custom meals and label scans you add are kept separate and marked as yours. Customizations change the numbers.

We include a chain only when its official nutrition information can be used legitimately. A few large chains are hidden for now because their numbers were only available through third-party nutrition sites whose terms don’t allow reuse; they’ll come back if official data becomes available. Chains that don’t publish nutrition data can’t be included. You can still add a custom meal, and you can suggest a chain with Send feedback.

Set your daily calories and protein in Goals first. Then open the Plan tab, enter a city or ZIP (or leave it blank to use your location) and tap Plan. TableMacros builds breakfast, lunch and dinner from chains near you that best hit your targets, using official nutrition data only. You can limit it to your favorite spots, subtract what you’ve already logged today, swap any meal, shuffle the whole plan, and tap + to add items to your log.

Yes, and they’re off until you turn them on. In Goals → Reminders you can turn on Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Before eating out, each at a time you pick in your local time zone, and “Turn all reminders off” stops them in one tap. On the website they’re web push notifications that arrive within about 5 minutes of the time you pick. On iPhone and iPad, add TableMacros to your Home Screen first (Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen, iOS 16.4 or later), then open it from the Home Screen and turn reminders on there. In the iPhone and Android apps, reminders are scheduled by your phone.
